About ME

So you want to know about the girl behind Mission:Life Objective:Live?

First off my name is Jaimie Douglas, I am a 23 year old hopeless romanctic that has yet to figure out what I want to be when I grow up

I’m married to my high school sweetheart Tyler

I’ve lived in Northern Utah for all of my life and loved every bit of it.
I hated school and rarely attended, and I am starting to beat myself up for not caring. During my senior year in high school, started at Cosmetology school and graduated in May of 07'. I do a little hair on the side, and look forward to when I can have a salon in my basement. I love anything crafty and love to make things, or put my own spin on things that I buy.
I like thrifting and saving money in any way I can
Coupons, clearance racks, and BOGO's get my blood pumping
Saving money gives me a rush!

Tyler and I have no children, but we have a 2 year old Great Dane named Titan. {He counts as a kid} He is our pride and joy and makes us laugh on a daily basis, with his cute personality. Titan weighs a few pounds shy of 200 and when standing on his hind legs, he is taller than Hubbs, {Hubbs is 6'1}

I love when my house is clean, but I get really ornery when I am cleaning it. I absolutely LOATHE doing laundry, although I could smell dryer sheets all day long. I like to clean alone so I can blast my favorite tunes, and be OCD about how everything is put.

My blog, Mission:Life Objective:Live, was named for all the people who just try to "Make it through" life, and don't really try to make the best of it while we are here. I try to make everything fun and enjoyable. {Making forts in the living room, doing things you are uncomfortable with like skydiving, trying new things, and going places you never thought you would go} I want to be able to tell my children and grandchildren about all of the adventures my life has brought on. And not be speechless when they ask me what the craziest thing I have ever done was. I measure the success in my life by the adventures I have taken and the lessons in life I have learned by taking risks.

Life life to the fullest people!
